Space Pigeon Studios is headquartered in Kraków, Poland. Our goal is to create entertaining games that we are proud of & believe in. We build original IP & try to avoid cookie cutter formulas.

This privacy policy describes the different ways we may interact, collect, use, and share information on, through, or in connection with the different game stores we operate (Steam, Epic Games Store, Humble Bundle), the different social media channels we interact on (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) & our community forums (Discord, Reddit). As a small games studio, we use a myriad of third party software & providers to run our business & interact with you, our players. Each of these services & providers have their own privacy policies which represent their part in the handling of your data. As such you should refer to these policies in the case of making use of these services.

All payment transfers, account credentials handling, product ownership & personal detail information are 99% handled by these third parties.

0. Information we collect

Manual: We keep track of your username, social media account references & feedback communication when you interact directly (via email, phone, other) or indirectly with us (via forums, social media, other third party platforms, …). No other personal information is retained.

Automatic: Through third party integrations we keep track of important datapoints from a game developer standpoint, such as:

  • location
  • playtime & other in game statistics
  • estimated age
  • language
  • device & OS

  • Update you on relevant updates or plans of our games & services that might impact you.
  • Improve our offerings for better experiences.

2. Disclosure of your information

Space Pigeon Studios will never sell, share, distribute or market your Personal Information. It can be used only per prior written consent from you, or in anonymized aggregated format. (e.g. 100 players got stuck in this game because they were dialing in from country X, which has firewall limitations).

Your information may be shared without consent if you are found to be violating the lawful conduct of the country you are in, the country of the services you are using when playing our games or interacting with us, or the country of Space Pigeon Studios.

3. Security

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use and other unlawful forms of processing. We do advise any individual to maintain a thorough individual security policy to prevent any widespread damage in the case of any breach. This includes not reusing passwords across services, updating passwords often & using secure password managers.

We will never ask you for your password credentials, only a username. Do not give your password to anyone.

4. Children's privacy

Our games are intended to be appropriate for general audiences but are not directed to children (usually considered to be under 13, depending on where you reside). We do not intentionally collect personal information from children without seeking any required parental approval in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

If you have any concerns about inappropriate content or interactions with children under 13, please reach out to us via the info in the “Contact us” section, as we take this extremely seriously.

5. Updates

We will update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. When we do, we'll change the date noted at the top of the policy. For significant changes, we will also broadcast this via all game store related update channels as well as social media channels.
